An irrigation pot is the solution you need in dry summers or if you want to be sure that drought-sensitive plants will survive.
This smaller model is 20 cm high and 14 cm above the abdomen. It irrigates a radius of 15 cm from the center of the pot. This size is also suitable to have in larger flowerpots.
A lid is included.
The pot is dug into the garden land / pot so that only the top part of the neck is visible.
Then fill the pot with water and plant or sow seeds around the pot.
The water in the pot will water your plants from below and give the soil an even moisture. Until the roots are established, watering in the usual way may therefore be needed.
The pot does not tolerate frost and should be dug up and stored frost-free during the winter.
